TEST FEES 2011
PreK students are tested quite often to keep them motivated and as a means of dividing the material into smaller chunks for them to learn. For this reason, we only charge the cost of the belt for these tests, $5 per test. They will seem numerous at first, but once the child reaches yellow belt with a stripe the time between tests will slow a bit as the material becomes more challenging.
KIDS test approximately every 2-3 months, and their test fees are $25
ADULTS test approximately every 2-3 months until they reach brown belt, then every six months for the three levels of brown. Once they reach black belt, testing is 2 years until 2nd degree, 3 years until 3rd degree and so on....
Test Fees for adult students are:
white to yellow $35
yellow to blue $40
blue to green $45
green to 3rd brown $50
3rd brown to 2nd $55
2nd brown to 1st $60
1st brown to 1st black $85
(2 years later) 1st black to 2nd black $110
(3 years from 2nd) 2nd black to 3rd $160
(4 years from 3rd) 3rd black to 4th $210
(5 years from 4th) 4th balck to 5th $260
