We get so many inquiries about our Tai Chi curriculum. I am always shocked at how few people actually make it in the door to try a class. I think I finally figured it out. Most people are not quite sure whether they want to take a Tai Chi class for an extended time; they just want try it out. This is why I created a brand new program with this in mind. This new class will meet just once a week and give a gradual yet thorough introduction to the relaxing postures and breathing methods of Tai Chi. The class will be for complete beginners, will run for 8 weeks only and during that time You will gain:

You will learn:
·To move slowly and gracefully with body awareness through 12 tai chi postures, ·Several very ancient and powerful breathing techniques for increasing energy and health. ·Some 1500 year old exercises that use isometric tension and deep breathing to achieve a powerful effect on health and strength.
This class will start the second week in August and run for 8 weeks. The cost will be $189 ($79 for current Kung Fu students) and will cover tuition, a black 100% cotton uniform and printed material packet. The tuition covers one class per week for the entire 8 weeks.
