1PM Complete Kick Make-Over
This is without a doubt my pride and joy. If I have learned anything over the last 24 years it has been how to read someone’s body and tell them exactly how to maximize their kicking range, speed and power. I can often make single adjustments in a matter of seconds that alter a person’s kick height by 1 or 2 feet. For the first time ever I will be including DVD of this seminar (only if you pre-register by Thursday)

This is without a doubt one of my favorite katas. I LOVE IT!! If I get to meet the creator of this form in heaven, I will give him a huge compliment. The Candle Hua Jing Training
This is not only a cool parlor trick, but a very important training tool for speed and power in your punching technique. I will have candles and lighters on hand. I haven’t taught this seminar in about 6 years and it was immensely popular back then. I think because everybody walked out the door being able to put a candle flame out from at least 1 foot away with about a 1 or 2 inch movement of their palm. This translates to hitting technique. In the 2004 tournament, I tore my ACL ( in my knee) during the demo and still managed to put out a candle while sitting on the floor with my knee wrapped in ice.
